The dedication and bravery of all the NHS Front Line Workers during the COVID-19 pandemic is applaudable.  The Clapping Hands bronze sculpture is a tribute to the NHS employees’ amazing courage, skills and compassion in treating the thousands who contracted the dreaded virus, keeping aside their own safety. We deemed it important to have this product in our collection to show our appreciation of all that they gave up.

The sculpture features two hands clapping, reflecting the spontaneous outpouring of appreciation from the public when, every Thursday evening, people stood outside their front doorsteps, on balconies and windows to clap for the frontline workers and say ‘thanks’ for their hard work and bravery. The sculpture has been uniquely designed to be viewed from various angles, giving owners the option to place it in a position most favoured by them.

This extra special sculpture would make a great memento or a gift for any NHS worker; or for something for us all to remember them by.

Clapping Hands - A Tribute to NHS

£65.00Price
  • This amazing work of art has been created by British sculptor Thomas Meadows and handmade by artisans at a workshop in Exmoor. Inspired by the dedication, bravery and selflessness shown by NHS workers and all front line staff, our artisans felt that a fitting gesture from them was to create a work of art showing the appreciation of the British public. And thus was born the Clapping Hands.
