RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We hope that you love every purchase you make on our website but at times you may change your mind. No problem, we understand.

We will refund any item you are not completely happy with if returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the item being in its original packaging. That is, it should be in a saleable, unused and undamaged condition, with all its tags and labels intact when returning it to us. 

We recommend using second class recorded delivery when returning the item as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us..

Please note, refunds are not available on personal items (e.g. earrings, eye-masks, etc.) and other perishable goods such as food items due to hygiene reasons.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however, should you receive a defective/damaged or incorrect item, we would be happy to replace it or give you a refund after you send it back to us. Please return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your order in a saleable, unused and undamaged condition with its original packaging, tags and labels intact.

All items will be checked when returned and if we find that your item is damaged or incorrect, then we will replace the item or refund you the full amount of the order, including delivery charges.

BROKEN ITEMS

We ensure that all our items are packaged with utmost care. Under rare circumstances whereby the item has broken during transit (e.g. glass items), you must send us an email with clear photographs of the broken item as well as packaging within 24 hours of receiving the item/items.

After we receive the photograph/s and details of your order, if we find that your item was broken during transit, then we will refund you the full amount of the order or replace it, including delivery charges. We may ask you to return the item to us before we make a decision.

PLEASE NOTE: We will be unable to refund/replace any item if you send us photographs of the damaged item after 24 hours of receiving the item/items.

RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS

If you return an item/s bought as part of a discount offer, you will be refunded the sale price of that item/s and not the regular price.

RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT WITH FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS £50 AND OVER 

If you were given free shipping for purchases over £50 but your order total was reduced to below £50 after returning an item/items, then you will be charged for shipping and will receive a refund minus the standard shipping charges.

NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN

Once your returned order has been received and processed by our team, we will email to let you know.  If you do not receive an email from us within 28 days, please be sure to contact Customer Service at contact@madeinb.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

 

 

REFUNDS ON YOUR ACCOUNT

We will refund your money as soon as we can, though please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive the product/s.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage, unless specified as above.

PROCESSING RETURNS

Refunds can only be processed after you return the item/s to Customer Services at the below returns address. We recommend using recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Please also ensure that you email us the tracking number as soon as you've dispatched the returned items.
