The inspiration for this print comes from Mosney, an area in Lancashire that was once habituated by the likes of Mosney Print Works which made great progress in cloth printing between 1780 to 1788, followed by John Slater, a calico printer at the time. It was here that our artisans ideas and designs came to fruition.

The creative inspiration comes from the many beautiful animals and wildlife wandering the grounds of Mosney, each with their own unique characters and brought to life through intricate illustrations printed onto different ranges of British made fabrics, and kitchenware. The base is made from sustainably sourced eucalyptus with a nonslip cork back.
