This Mashru Silk Ajrakh-print scarf has been hand block printed and dyed using a traditional process and design and natural dyes. Hence, each piece is unique to you.
Featuring the typical combination of geometric and floral motifs used in Ajrak block printing, the scarf has a beautiful sheen. It is made using the Mashru technique, a unique art of weaving where the fabric front has silk thread, and inner fabric has cotton thread.
It has eye-catching leaf and paisley designs in a distinctive red colour which has been made using vegetable dyes. Soft to the touch, the scarf ends are finished with a fine rolled handstitched hem. An authentic sustainably-made product.
